Report of subjects throwing items behind a building in the 400 block of East Broadway Avenue. The subjects advised police they were throwing rocks in order to break them up.
A realtor advised an unknown suspect threw a rock through a window at a vacant home that is up for sale in the 9700 block of Highland Drive Northeast.
A subject was cited for third-degree theft and permanently trespassed from Lep-Re-Kon Harvest Foods after leaving the store without paying for items.
A man reported receiving a fraudulent phone call from a person who claimed to work for the IRS.
Two needles were recovered at Blue Heron Park and disposed of by police.

Dakota Johnson, a transient, was booked on Department of Corrections violations and outstanding GCDC warrants for fourth-degree assault.
Harold Bird, of Grand Coulee, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault.
Chrioni Johnson, city of residence not listed, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Miguel Vasquez, of Moses Lake, turned himself in for an outstanding GCDC commitment.
April 5
Joshua Valentino, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree malicious mischief.
