Report of vandalism in the 1000 block of East Hill Avenue. Victim said unknown suspect shot a vehicle with a paint gun.

Report of vandalism in the 2000 block of South Leanne Avenue. Victim said unknown suspect shot a vehicle with a paint gun.

A woman, no age given, was arrested for fraud after she allegedly purchased merchandise at multiple businesses with bad checks.

Report of burglary sometime during the past week at a residence in the 1300 block of West Marina Drive.

Report of theft from a business at 1201 South Pioneer Way. Suspect was waiting in a checkout line and allegedly stole a cell phone from the cashier stand.

Report of theft from a residence in the 200 block of North Earl Road. Victim said packages apparently were stolen from her porch about a week earlier. Estimated value $100.

A 47-year-old woman was cited for third-degree theft and arrested on outstanding warrants for third-degree theft and driving without a valid driver's license or other ID after allegedly attempting to shoplift merchandise from a business at 960 North Stratford Rd.

Grant County Jail

April 3

Charline Smith, 47, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail for third-degree theft, and on outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for third-degree theft, driving without a valid driver's license or other identification and failing to transfer vehicle title within 45 days.

Leora Guery, 34, Moses Lake, was booked for unlawful issuance of bank checks and outstanding GCDC warrants for four counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Alejandro Hernandez, 28, Ephrata, turned himself in to serve a two-day sentence for DUI.

Juan Solis, 23, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for criminal mischief and outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI and first-degree driving with a suspended license.

Ismael Damian Alvarez, 25, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Latanya Santiago, 24, Royal City, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

April 4

Matthew McCall, 37, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for residential burglary and fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Jessica Overmars, 27, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for second-degree possession of stolen property and an outstanding GCDC warrant for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Richard Felsch, 28, Granite Falls, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for first-degree negligent driving.

Steven Emery, 26, California, turned himself in on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
