Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at 140 W. Valley Rd. Driver of vehicle 2 was stopped, waiting for a pedestrian, and was rear-ended by vehicle 1.

Report of possible theft at a residence in the 700 block of South Sycamore Lane. Victim said a package was delivered to her house, but it was missing when she went outside to retrieve it. Estimated value about $176.

A man, no age given, was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) after a report of domestic dispute in the 200 block of North Manzanita Street.

A man, no age given, was cited for reckless endangerment.

A 23-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant and for giving false information to law enforcement.

A 29-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant, a 30-year-old woman was arrested for first-degree rendering criminal assistance and a 31-year-old man was cited for obstructing law enforcement.

A 33-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

A 32-year-old man was arrested for DUI.

A 30-year-old man was arrested for DUI. His vehicle was towed.

Report of vehicle prowl and theft in the parking lot of a business at 980 W. Central Dr. Victim said his car had been broken into and his car stereo and three jackets were stolen.

A 25-year-old man and 27-year-old man were arrested on outstanding warrants after officers searched a residence in the 1000 block of West Cascade Avenue.

Report of a three-vehicle hit-and-run accident in the 9800 block of Northeast Sunny Drive. Vehicles 2 and 3 were hit by vehicle 1, which fled the scene.

A man, no age given, was arrested on outstanding Grant County warrants.

A 50-year-old man was arrested for possession of methamphetamines after a report of theft at a business at 2709 West Broadway Ave.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the parking lot of a business at 601 S. Pioneer Way.

A 34-year-old man was arrested for DUI and attempting to elude law enforcement. His vehicle was towed.

Report of loud music at a residence on West Willow Street. Reporting party thought he heard loud music from two nearby houses, but it turned out to be the surround sound in his own residence.

A female caller reported that her mother had cut her with a knife and was trying to kill her.

A man reported that he believed he had found his trailer, which had previously been stolen.

A woman reported that her male neighbor and female neighbor were fighting, and the male dragged the female into the yard.

A business reported that a patron left a purse behind.

A woman reported that a male subject in front of her residence had just hit someone and was not hitting someone’s car.

Donkeys were reported in the roadway.

A man reported squatters on his property.

A woman reported a male subject who was not supposed to be on the property.

A woman reported that a male subject tried to break into her house.

A female caller reported that her boyfriend attacked her.

A child’s scooter was reported stolen from the owner’s front yard.

A car dolly was reported stolen.

A woman reported that her neighbors were shooting a rifle into the air in an area where her kids were riding their bikes.

A woman reported that a van rammed into her garage.

A man reported that his daughter told him that her mother allowed someone to shoot her with a pellet gun.

A man reported that someone broke innto his show and took a dolly. The theft was captured on video, but the reporting party said he didn’t recognize the subject.

Tricia Brown, 33, Soap Lake, was booked into the Grant County jail for possession of heroin and for outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for second-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespassing.

Diego Valdivia Cano, 23, Othello, was booked for possession of methamphetamines, possession of a dangerous weapon, obstructing law enforcement, second-degree driving with a suspended license and an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree malicious mischief.

Michelle Ortiz, 24, Elmer City, was booked for violation of a no-contact order.

Nicholas Essex, 27, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for failing to pay child support and GCDC warrants for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), third-degree theft, making false statements to law enforcement and two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Julian Santana Medina, 18, no address listed, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Pedro Gonzalez Cobian, 58, Quincy, was booked for six counts for child molestation and six counts of second-degree incest.

Brian Dick, 45, Grand Coulee, was booked for driving without required ignition interlock and first-degree driving with a suspended driver's license, and outstanding GCDC warrants for first-degree driving with a suspended license and driving without ignition interlock.

Modesto Valencia Aguilar, 33, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for possession of a weapon on school property and misdemeanor criminal solicitation.

Rick Detarville, 60, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Laura Demchuck, 30, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of heroin, possession of more than 40 grams of marijuana and first-degree rendering criminal assistance.

Daniel Simpson, 29, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of heroin and possession of more than 40 grams of marijuana, and an outstanding WDOC warrant for probation violation.
