City of Moses Lake Notice of Application and Public Hearing Dan Herring submitted an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit and C-R Zone Conditional Use Permit on April 15, 2016. Additional information was submitted on June 14, July 8, and September 1, 2016. The application was determined to be substantially complete and ready for review on September 8, 2016. The proposed project location is 3365 W. Peninsula Drive. The proposal is to install a 640 square foot dock with a 9'x10' boatlift and a 6'x12' dual jet ski-lift on a lot where a single-family house will be built.
