NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD September 26, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider the following budget extension requests from:

• Administrative Services Coordinator in the amount of $125,080.00 to receive a Washington State Department of Commerce CDBG Public Services Grant No. 16-62210-005 which is pass through funding for the OIC of Washington.

• Central Services in the amount of $42,944.00 due to cost overruns that were not anticipated for the replacement of Parking Lot "A" at the courthouse facility.

• Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in the amount of $41,165.00 to receive additional grant money from a Department of Commerce Victim/Witness Assisantance Grant. These funds are used to pay a portion of the Victim Witness Coordinator’s wages, benefits, training and the language line.
