Wahluke School District requests qualification proposals from Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) describing their capabilities to identify, design, arrange financing, install, maintain, and monitor the performance of a comprehensive building improvement and energy conservation project (via an Energy Saving Performance Contract). Proposals providing the requested information are due to the district by 4:30pm on September 14, 2016 for competitive evaluation as required by RCW 39.35A. Late responses will not be considered. Respondents may arrange to pick up the RFQ Specification at the Wahluke School District office: 411 E Saddle Mountain Dr, Mattawa, WA 99349 or may request an electronic version from the point of contact for this solicitation, Teresa Davison at tdavison@wahluke.net or (509) 932-4565. Any questions, answers, or updates will be provided via e-mail to all firms in receipt of the RFP.
