The Superior Court of Grant County has directed the undersigned Sheriff of Grant County to sell the property described to satisfy a judgment in the above entitled action:

Parcel 1:

That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 21, Township 22 North, Range 27 E.W.M., Grant County, Washington, lying Southerly of Highway No. 7 as conveyed by deeds dated August 25, 1938, recorded December 31, 1938, under Auditor's File Nos. 78854 and 78855, EXCEPT the West 396.6 feet thereof.

Parcel 2:

That portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 21, Township 22 North, Range 27 E.W.M., Grant County, Washington, described as follows:

A Tract of land commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of said section, said point being the True Point of Beginning; thence South 89°48'31" East, a distance of 88.56 feet along the South boundary line of the Northeast quarter of said section; thence North 00°57'14" East to the point of intersection of the Southerly boundary of the right of way of Primary State Highway No. 28; thence South 70°42'20" West to a point along said right of way being 713.80 feet along a bearing of North 00°10'20" East to the True Point of Beginning; thence South 00°10'20" West, a distance of 713.80 feet to the True Point of Beginning, EXCEPT Mobile Home Located thereon.
