Aug. 30
Report of a subject throwing rocks in a parking lot in the area of North Stratford Road and West Mart Street. The man told police he had located a deceased cat and was burying it. No rocks were observed in the parking lot.
A man reported finding some prescription medications on the grounds of Park Orchard Elementary. The owner of the medications believed someone must have stolen them out of her vehicle.
The owner of a car wash in the 1300 block of South Pioneer Way reported a customer became verbally abusive after they were asked to leave after having been parked in a stall for two hours. The subject left the business when asked to do so by an officer.
A man reported witnessing a man attempt to take a motor off of his boat in 1100 block of West Luta Street. The suspect was confronted and fled the cene in a silver passenger car.
A nurse at a care center in the 1000 block of East Nelson Road advised an elderly patient punched her. The woman did not receive injuries and no charges were requested.
Report of an unknown suspect backing into a gas pump in the 1200 block of South Pioneer on Aug. 17 and fleeing the scene.
Report of gas siphoned from between seven and 10 cars at a car lot in the 1700 block of West Broadway Avenue sometime between Aug. 29 and Aug. 30.
Police received a report of a person driving a vehicle erratically in the area of South Alder Street and East Broadway Avenue. Police could not locate the vehicle.
A man reported his backpack was stolen from the smoking area in front of Safeway.
Report of a cell phone stolen out of a vehicle in the 1000 block of North Stratford Road.

A teenage female was reported wearing a hardhat and attempting to climb a telephone pole. There was reportedly no vehicle nearby indicating that she worked for a utility.
A man reported that his girlfriend’s son refused to leave after being kicked out.
A woman reported a stray dog in her front yard.
A man reported that his son had been attacked by three dogs.
A woman reported that a male subject had left his dog with her a couple of weeks earlier, promising that he’d return in an hour.
A storage business reported that its fence had been cut. This was reportedly not the first time it had happened.
A man reported that his brother had stolen money from his mother.
A dog was reported running at large on a golf course.
A woman reported that her grandson’s vehicle had been broken into.
A subject was reported painting a fire hydrant silver.
A woman reported a 45-year-old male subject out of control and tearing the house apart.
