Favor Judge Estudillo

To the editor:

I have worked for Grant County for 10 years. In my position at the county, I work very closely with judges, the current court commissioner, any pro tem commissioners that fill in on the bench and attorneys.

After working closely with both Judge Estudillo and his opponent, Nick Wallace, I can say with 100 percent certainty that Judge Estudillo has the most experience, best temperament, and is the most knowledgeable for the job.

His respect and compassion for others is quite apparent through his rulings on the bench and his relationships with colleagues. He is the type of person who never looks down on others because of their race or life choices.

Judge Estudillo is well versed on the law in every case type that is filed in Superior Court. From criminal to civil, domestic to probate, juvenile dependency to juvenile offender cases.

He has presided over it all. Where his opponent, who claims to have the most experience, has merely only presided over domestic and juvenile cases.
