Oct. 21

Report of hit-and-run accident at Frontier Middle School. Driver said an unidentified car pulled out of the loading zone and hit her vehicle.

Report of a vehicle prowl at Moses Lake High School. Victim said he left his vehicle in the school's back parking lot overnight, and an unknown suspect broke into it at about 4 a.m. Oct. 20. The suspect was observed on video and is described as a white male driving a darker Honda Civic 4-door, older model with black rims.

A 21-year-old man was arrested for two outstanding Grant County warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Report of shoplifting at a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. Subject was seen on video removing security devices from merchandise and opening other packages of merchandise. Estimated cost about $90. The suspect, a 58-year-old man, later was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary.

A man, no age given, was arrested for violation of a no-contact order.

Report of possible fraud. Victim reported three unauthorized transactions on his bank account.

Report of attempt to pass a counterfeit $50 bill at a business at 1037 West Marina Dr. Employee confiscated the bill, and when one of the suspects was told it was fake, he and a second suspect fled.

Report of possible gunshot wound at North Stratford Road and Knolls Vista Drive. Victim said he was walking down Knolls Vista Drive about noon when he saw three males in a white four-door sedan, heard a popping sound, and felt a sting in his stomach. The victim, a 32-year-old male, did not want to write out a statement.

Report of attempted shoplifting at a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. A 26-year-old woman admitted trying to fool the self-checkout scanner.

Report of burglary at a residence in the 1700 block of West Peninsula Drive. Victims said someone entered the house sometime between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and took jewelry and electronic equipment valued at about $400.

Report of counterfeit $100 bill passed at a business at 1765 East Kittleson Rd.

Report of residence egged in the 800 block of West Windrose Drive. Unknown suspects egged the garage.

Oct. 22

A 46-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

An 18-year-old man was arrested for burglary and a man, no age given, was cited for theft after they allegedly tried to shoplift merchandise from a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd.

Report of burglary at a residence in the 500 block of South Grand Drive. Victims said they were in the process of moving out of the residence; sometime Thursday night unknown suspects broke into the residence and stole tools and electronic equipment.

Report of vehicle prowl in the 500 block of South Battery Road. Victim said unknown suspects stole electronic equipment and a surfboard from a boat on the property. Loss estimated at about $7,500.

A man, no age given, was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

A 32-year-old man was arrested for DUI and cited for driving without a valid driver's license or other identification, driving 70 mph in a 50 mph zone and two counts of failing to use child restraints,

A man reported his residence, vehicle and shop had been broken into.

A babysitter reported that a female subject keeps showing up in violation of a no-contact order.

A man reported seeing a vehicle drive in to an adjacent property and its occupants look in doors and enter the garage, then go on to the next property.

A man reported that two unsupervised children tried to hit him with a bar wrench.

A woman reported a juvenile passenger riding an ATV without a helmet.

A woman reported that her ex threw her out of the house, threw her things in the yard and was following her around harassing her.

Oct. 22

A male caller reported that his brother hit and kicked him.

A woman reported three vehicles broken into.

A woman reported that her daughter had not come home by 5 a.m. as instructed.

Hunters reportedly shot a goose in the day use area of a park.

A woman reported that her 12- and 17-year-old daughters were at home alone and there was a male in a red pickup truck taking pictures of the house and knocking on the door.

A man called and told deputies “Get your a** here to this location now” and then hung up. Upon callback the caller reported that his wife had attacked him physically.

Two vehicles were reported racing in Desert Aire.

A woman reported that there was a red truck at the end of her driveway and seven or eight people yelling and screaming at each other.

A woman reported that subjects whom she did not know had come into her residence and threatened her. She said that the subjects apparently thought she was having an affair with the female’s boyfriend.

A man reported that his intoxicated female neighbor was causing an issue.

Scott Edson, 46, Othello, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Francis Hurlock, 38, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant.

John Timpani, Jr., 58, Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree burglary.

Taylor Belgarde, 21, Ritzville, was booked on an outstanding WDOC order.

Robert Wiltfong, 31, Lakeview, was booked on an outstanding WDOC order.

Jesus Ozuna, 18, Moses Lake, was booked for violation of a no-contact order.

Cassandra Graves, 26, Grand Coulee, was booked on an outstanding WDOC order.

Alexander Wiltfong, 26, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Hugo Mabry, 59, Othello, was booked on an outstanding WDOC order.

Michael Ray, 50, Yakima, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.

Bill Hooper, 29, Moses Lake, turned himself in to serve a one-day commitment on a DUI charge.

Martin Sanchez, 32, Warden, was booked for third-degree driving with a suspended license and on an outstanding Grays Harbor County warrant for delivery of methamphetamines.

Oct. 22

Clayton Campbell, 30, Electric City, was booked for third-degree assault, resisting arrest, obstruction, reckless driving and hit and run attended.

Michael Korsen, 26, Quincy, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for MIP, making false statements to law enforcement and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Richard Farley, 46, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Paul Craig, 50, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Brittany Brown, 28, Spokane Valley, was booked on an outstanding Benton County warrant for driving without a valid driver's license or other identification.

Lucio Rivera, 32, Moses Lake, was booked for DUI and reckless endangerment.
