Notice of Application October 21, 2016 Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on October 11, 2016 from AeroTEC, LLC. (Designated Contact: Matt Davis, 7988 26th Ave NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837 509-762-1000), was found to be technically complete on October 17, 2016. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used.
