'Get Out the Vote Rally' slated for next weekend

MOSES LAKE — The Grant County Committee of Safety is looking for volunteers for their “Get Out the Vote Rally” next weekend.

With the upcoming election shaping up to be a historic one, the committee is looking for volunteers to remind residents to vote. The committee will be holding a “dry run” tomorrow from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Penhallurick’s parking lot, 711 N. Stratford Rd., to register and plan for next weekend’s rally.

The actual Get Out the Vote Rally will be held on from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Oct. 28 and again from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Oct. 29.
