A woman reported the front door to her residence in the 200 block of East Ninth Avenue was open when she came home. Nothing was stolen from the residence, but the door had been forced open.
A man reported he was a day late on his storage unit payment and the owners of the complex changed the locks on his unit and took his $15,000 baseball card collection.
Report of unknown suspects attempting to steal gas from underground tanks at a gas station in the 1200 block of South Pioneer Way.
Report of an aggressive panhandler in the middle of Walmart's parking lot. The subject was gone when police arrived.
A man reported two suspicious males came into his shop in the 500 block of South Locust Lane to pick up scrap metal and were acting suspicious.
A woman reported loosing her debit card. The card was reportedly fraudulently used at a gas station on Patton Boulevard.
A man reported a blue sedan with a male driver rear-ended him in the area of North Stratford Road and state Route 17. The driver allegedly left heading north on SR-17 without exchanging information.
Report of shots fired in the area of North Clark Road. The area was checked, but no evidence was located.
Police contacted a subject who was sleeping in his vehicle behind a business in the 200 block of North Block Street. The subject agreed to leave the property.

Shawn Fischer, 33, Soap Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail for violation of a no-contact order.
Mary Wilson, 46, Soap Lake, was booked for harassment (domestic violence).
