Nov. 22

A woman reported her work laptop was stolen off of her desk in the 900 block of West Ivy Street.

A 98-year-old man with dementia was found wandering in the 1800 block of East Kittleson Road. The man's daughter was contacted and bought him a bus ticket to go back to Spokane.

A woman was trespassed from a business in the 400 block of West Fourth Avenue after she refused to leave the business.

Report of an assault involving two girls at Frontier Middle School. Both parents were notified and responded to the school.

Report of a tool bag stolen out of a work trailer in the 1100 block of North Stratford Road.

A motorcycle was found on the side of the road in the area of North Westshore Drive and North Montana Street. Police were advised the motorcycle ran out of gas.

A man was arrested in the 2400 block of West Texas Street in connection with felony warrants he had out for his arrest in Idaho.

A woman reported a vehicle collided with her parked vehicle on Dogwood Street.

Grant County Jail

Nov. 22

Michael Vincent, 22, of Grand Coulee, was arrested and booked on three counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of burglary tools and an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree theft.

Orlando King, 37, of Moses Lake, was arrested on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree malicious mischief.

Benjamin Garfield, 28, of George, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections short-term confinement order for usage of a controlled substance on or about Nov. 22.

Crystal Northup, 43, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for second-degree burglary.

Domonick Sapp, 24, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Gabriel Garcia, 35, of Wenatchee, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for possession of more than 40 grams of marijuana.

Geryl McConnell, 36, of Ephrata, was arrested for outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license and making a false statement to a public servant.

Tina Palmanteer, 56, of Spokane, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Juan Ortiz, 26, of Quincy, was arrested on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license and fourth-degree assault.

Jose Rodriguez, 25, of Moses Lake, turned himself in on a GCDC commitment for DUI.

Summer Ranes, 31, of Marlin, was arrested for an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license and an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of methamphetamine.

David Rice, 27, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
