Nov. 16

Report of a light bar stolen off of a vehicle in the 200 block of West Loop Drive. A laptop and flashlight were stolen out of the vehicle as well.

Report of a purse stolen out of a vehicle in the 1100 block of East Nelson Road.

A woman told police she was driving in the 700 block of South Hawthorne Drive when her driver's side window suddenly shattered. Police believe the window was hit by a BB or pellet gun, but no suspects were located in the area.

An unidentified man used a restroom at a church in the 1000 block of North Grape Drive and reportedly stole a $500 laptop from the church.

Report of an erratically driven vehicle in the area of North Stratford Road and West Valley Road. Police could not locate the vehicle.

A man was arrested for DUI after reportedly crashing into a vehicle at the West Broadway Avenue/North Stratford Road intersection.

Report of items being broken behind a business in the 1000 block of North Stratford Road. Police could not find any broken items in the area and no suspects were located.

Report of a woman walking in the 500 block of North Central Drive and causing a disturbance. The woman was contacted and given a courtesy ride to a nearby gas station.

A man reported that his neighbor had shot his dog.

A man reported that a male subject between 18 and 20 years of age had knocked on his door acting very strangely and asking for someone who didn’t live there.

A woman reported that her neighbor, against whom she has a restraining order, was harassing her.

A man reported that when he went to his mailbox with his dogs not on a leash, the dogs got onto someone else’s lawn and the owner of the lawn threatened the complainant’s life with a shotgun.

A shed was reportedly broken into.

A woman reported that her house had been broken into.

A man reported that his vehicle windows had been bashed in.

Nov. 16

Kevin Gudde, 25, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for fourth-degree assault.

Eddie Navarro, 25, of Warden, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Delana Williams, 38, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.

David Chapman, 27, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Noe Romero, 30, of Quincy, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.

Elizabeth Tavera, 18, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked for second-degree theft, retail theft with special circumstances and making false statements.
