The subject property is located in a portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 3, and the South half of Section 3, a portion of the South half of Section 4, a portion of the North half of Section 9, and a portion of the North half of Section 10 all in township 18 North, Range 28 East, Willamette Meridian, containing approximately 1,188 acres. NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Notice is hereby given that a Public Meeting will be held by the Grant County Planning Commission to discuss upcoming unified development code amendments potentially affecting subdivisions, zoning, development standards, cannabis regulations, critical areas codes, and code administration. The Planning Commission will not be taking any action with regard to code amendments or making any recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners at this meeting. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 beginning at 7pm.
