Nov. 10

Report of vehicle stolen sometime between 5 and 6:30 a.m. from the parking lot of a business at 1400 East Yonezawa Blvd. Vehicle belonged to an employee. The car was recovered later that day.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of Wal- Mart Road and North Stratford Road. Driver of vehicle 1 failed to yield the right-of-way at the stop sign at the SR 17 off-ramp.

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of Wheeler Road Northeast and Road N Northeast. Semi-truck versus sedan.

Report of one-vehicle accident at a business at 2401 S. Maiers Rd. Juvenile driver hit a city light pole at a high rate of speed. Driver was cited for reckless driving, no insurance and driving without a driver’s license or other identification.

A 17-year-old boy was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, second-degree negligent driving and third-degree driving with a suspended license. About $387 in cash was seized.

A 23-year-old man was arrested in connection with the alleged theft of a gun safe Oct. 24.

Report of a three-vehicle, hit-and-run accident at North Stratford Road and West Knolls Vista Road. Driver of vehicle 1 rear-ended vehicle 2, backed up and struck vehicle 3, then fled the scene.

Report of six-year-old boy struck by a vehicle backing out at a residence in the 700 block of South Juniper Drive. Boy received a bump in the head and his fall broke his flashlight.

Report of fraud. Reporting party said her mother-in-law had fraudulent charges on her EBT and debit card. The case is still under investigation.

A 35-year-old man was arrested for possession of heroin and on an outstanding felony warrant.

A 47-year-old woman was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Report of loud explosion in the area of West Bruce Street and North Grape Drive. Subjects allegedly blew up a pumpkin that scattered into the roadway.

Nov. 11

Report of non-injury accident at the intersection of West Broadway Avenue and South Ash Street. Victim, riding a motorcycle, said a car failed to yield while making a right turn, which caused his motorcycle to tip over.

Report of theft from a residence in the 300 block of South Gibby Road. A 28-year-old woman and a unidentified man walked onto the victim’s property and stole an air compressor and garden tools. They were caught on home security cameras.

Five subjects, all transients, cited for criminal trespassing, and one arrested for a Grant County misdemeanor warrant, after they were asked to a leave a field where they had been camping.

A 51-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of North Grape Drive and West Valley Road. Driver of vehicle 1 was turning left, failed to yield at a green light and turned in front of vehicle 2.

Report of customer trying to mail marijuana to Ohio from a business at 1741 W. Pheasant St. Customer was given back the marijuana.

A 24-year-old man was arrested for first-degree driving with a suspended license.

Report of theft from a business at 1606 W. Broadway Ave. Two unknown suspects stole a case of beer and fled the scene. Subjects were described as two Hispanic males in their 20s.

A 39-year-old man was arrested for DUI following a hit and run accident at the intersection of North Central Drive and North Grape Drive. Driver struck a PUD box and fled the scene.

Nov. 12

Report of three-vehicle accident at 150 N. Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 rear ended vehicle 2, which ran into the back of vehicle 3. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for following too close.

Report of merchandise stolen from the porch of a residence in the 500 block of North Crestview Drive. Package was valued at about $140.

Report of an assault in the 1800 block of West Broadway Avenue. The male victim was unable to say who assaulted him and where it occurred.

Report of assault at a business at 506 E. Wheeler Rd. Victim said subject came into the business and threw a glass at her, hitting her in the back of the head.

Report of two-vehicle hit and run at a business at 1704 S. Clover Dr.

A 32-year-old man was arrested for second-degree criminal trespassing, felony harassment and harassment after he returned to a business where he had been trespassed and threatened an employee.

A 39-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault at a residence in the 1000 block of West Third Avenue. Victim said the man came out of his apartment and punched the victim in the face while the victim was talking on his phone outside.

Nov. 13

A 24-year-old man was arrested for possession of a dangerous weapon after an incident at a business at 302 W. Broadway Ave. The man allegedly caused a disturbance and was detained; he was found to have brass knuckles when he was searched.

A 23-year-old man was arrested for third-degree driving with a suspended license after he was stopped for expired registration.

Report of three juveniles on the roof at Moses Lake High School, 803 E. Sharon Ave. Juveniles fled when officers arrived.

A woman, no age given, was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Report of theft from a business at 118 W. Valley Rd. Victim said he had been on social media and saw merchandise for sale that resembled items he had stored at his business. He went to his business and found a storage area had been broken into. The items missing corresponded to what he saw for sale on social media. Officers found the items in the back of a truck at the suspect's residence.

A 22-year-old woman was cited for third-degree theft after allegedly stealing from a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd.

Report of theft from a business at 200 E. Broadway Ave. Suspect stole two cell phones; he was described as a white male in his early 20s, wearing blue jeans and a red shirt.

Report of theft from a business at 1820 E. Kittleson Rd. Victim said someone had stolen money from her wallet in the employee break room.

A 16-year-old girl was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.

A 18-year-old man was arrested for DUI, possession of a stolen firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm and second-degree driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop. A passenger in the vehicle, A 24-year-old man, was arrested for possession of stolen firearm.

Felipe Torres Jr., 27, of Mattawa, turned himself in on for a Grant County District Court commitment.

Alondra Yanez, 19, of Royal City, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections secretary's warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Kyle Davis Jr., 19, of Spokane, was arrested and booked on three counts of theft of a motor vehicle, third-degree assault, making or possessing motor vehicle theft tools, third-degree possession of stolen property and resisting arrest.

Manuel De La Rosa, 23, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for first-degree burglary and seven counts of theft of a firearm.

Joseph Rogers, 33, of Grand Coulee, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for first-degree criminal trespassing.

Ladeana Pelham, 47, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.

Nov. 11

Anita Whisler, 54, Ephrata, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for third-degree assault.

Ray Vargas, 26, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for three counts of violating the city’s graffiti ordinance.

Dalia Alvarez, 51, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Louise Jensen, 27, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for second-degree criminal trespassing and three counts of bail jumping.

Brandon Pries, 33, Moses Lake, was booked for probation violation.

Josue Rodriguez, 24, Moses Lake, was booked for first-degree driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without ignition interlock and outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI, first-degree negligent driving and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Nov. 12

Jorge Medel, 45, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Rodney Ezell, 28, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.

Mario Cortes, 28, Pasco, was booked for second-degree vehicle prowling and Benton County warrants for possession of methamphetamines, second-degree criminal trespassing and obstructing a public servant.

Anthony Zoda, 39, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault.

Wyatt Vigil, 22, Tacoma, turned himself in for 10-day sentence on a GCDC warrant for communication with a minor for immoral purposes.

Michael McLean, Jr., 37, Grand Coulee, was booked for possession of methamphetamines and an outstanding Okanogan County warrant for delivery of a controlled substance.

Lazelda Foster, 22, Keller, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for violation of a no-contact order, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), and third-degree malicious mischief.

Shawn Fisher, 34, Soap Lake, was booked for violation of a no-contact order (domestic violence), possession of a dangerous weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia, and on outstanding GCDC warrants for bail jumping and two counts of violation of a no-contact order.

Robert Brugeis, 30, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC and Chelan County warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Richard Forest, 28, Royal City, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Adrian Salazar, 32, Moses Lake, was booked for two counts of felony harassment and second-degree criminal trespassing.

Tayler Proffitt, 23, Moses Lake, was booked for two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jed Robinson, 36, Soap Lake, was booked for outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license and two counts of third-degree theft.

Joshua Bechtel, 41, Ephrata was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for three counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jennifer Anderson, 21, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Mykel Noyola, 24, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of a dangerous weapon.
