Copies of the preliminary budget may be examined and/or obtained at the Office of the Finance Director during normal business hours. The City Council shall meet on November 22, 2016 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers and following a public hearing, shall consider an ordinance adopting the 2017 budget. Notice of Application and Proposed Determination of Non-Significance Date of Notice: November 14, 2016 Notice is hereby given that a Discretionary Use Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on October 14, 2016 from Brad Phillips (Designated Contact: Caleb Stromstad, AHBL, Inc., 9825 Sandifur Parkway, Suite A, Pasco, WA 99301, 509-380-5883) were found to be technically complete on November 3, 2016. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. As proposed, development will include a caretaker residence, an existing office/shop, ninety-two (92) 24-ft. x 48-ft. units (approximately 105,984 square feet), and five (5) 20-ft. x 40-ft. units (approximately 4,000 square feet).
