Nov. 9

A woman reported an unknown person changed her address and name on her credit card account and tried to make charges to the card.

Report of a burglary at an apartment in the 1000 block of West Third Avenue.

Report of found property near some mailboxes in the 100 block of East Hill Avenue. The property was logged into safe keeping.

A man reported someone stole a check from his mailbox in the 700 block of North Penrose Street and cashed it at a local bank.

A woman reported being in a car with four other people and one of the men in the car pulled out a gun and told her to leave. The vehicle was signed as stolen.

Report of a cellphone and iPad stolen out of a vehicle in a parking lot in the 900 block of West Central Drive. The suspect reportedly ran to Grape Drive and got into a gray passenger vehicle and fled the scene.

A man with a warrant out for his arrest was spotted riding in a vehicle in the 900 block of West Central Drive. The man reportedly attempted to throw heroin back into the vehicle when he was contacted by police. The man was arrested for the warrant and possession of heroin.

Report of a physical altercation between two people in the 3600 block of West Glenmore Drive.

A woman reported receiving email from a subject against whom she has a restraining order.

A leaf blower was reported stolen.

A woman reported that her residence had been egged.

A woman reported that there were people in her house stealing her belongings.

Nov. 9

Ana Rodriguez, 34, of Quincy, was booked on an outstanding Douglas County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Antonio Martinez III, 26, no city of residence listed, was booked for violating a no-contact order.

Crystal Northup, 43, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for residential burglary.

Brian Fiess, 65, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for two counts of harassment.

Ashley Rodriguez, 26, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant.

Patrick McBrinn, 39, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for first-degree criminal trespassing.

Minerva Valle, 37, of Highwood, Mont., was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for residential burglary and bail jumping.

Daydra Larsen, 36, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
