A woman was contacted at Lep-re-kon Harvest Foods after selecting food from the store and sitting down in the deli area and eating the unpurchased food. The woman said she didn't have money to buy the food and was hungry. The woman was trespassed from the business.

A man was arrested after stealing a room key at a hotel in the 1000 block of South Pioneer Way and entering a room he didn't pay for.

Report of two young children left in a car in the 600 block of South Pioneer Way. The mother of the two children stated she left her sleeping 3-year-old with her 7-year-old while she went into a store for 15 minutes.

Report of a muffler falling off a vehicle on Fifth Avenue and Alder Street. The muffler was disposed of.

A man contacted police after his 15-year-old son didn't return home from school. A runaway report was signed for the boy.

Report of a theft in the 800 block of East Hill Avenue. A woman reported a man stole her X-Box One and sold it.

Report of a resident at a care facility in the 800 block of East Plum Street acting hostile. The resident, who has dementia, agreed to take his medicine and go back to his room.

A man was arrested for DUI after he was stopped in the 1000 block of West Marina Drive and police learned he was intoxicated.

Police responded to a verbal domestic incident in the 900 block of South Alderwood Drive. The involved parties agreed to separate for the night.

Two subjects were reported fighting in a vehicle that was driving in circles in a parking lot.

A motor home was reportedly broken into at a mobile home park.

A woman reported ongoing phone harassment over a bad business deal.

Backpacks that appeared to be stolen were reportedly found dumped in a driveway.

A woman reported that a dog jumped the fence and came after her while she was walking.

A man reported that his next-door neighbor was threatening him about a light.

A woman reported that someone was trying to open the door of her residence.

Nov. 8

Joseph Mortensen, 55, no city of residence listed, was arrested and booked on outstanding warrants out of Douglas County for DUI and third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Irene Garza, 43, of Warden, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.

Maria Castoreno, 24, of Warden, was arrested on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Heather Smith, 35, of Cashmere, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.

Michael Ray, 50, of Grand Coulee, was booked for fourth-degree assault.

Pablo Zapien, 21, no city of residence listed, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault.

Dale Wynn, 18, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for obstruction of a law enforcement officer and third-degree theft.

Antonio Rojas, 54, of Royal City, was arrested for DUI.

Joel Gonzalez, 35, of Othello, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Larry Powell, 35, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.

Gabriel Watley, 26, of Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree burglary, possession of methamphetamine, third-degree theft and resisting arrest.

Veronica Ramirez, 28, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on outstanding GCDC warrants foe third-degree malicious mischief and violation of a no-contact order.

Brian Smith, 25, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.
