Report of a stolen vehicle in the 1100 block of South Evergreen Drive. Victim left the car warming up in the driveway and went inside; when he came back out the vehicle was gone. Vehicle is described as a 2004 gray Saab, Washington license No. AZF0843.

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at Northeast L Road and East Wheeler Road.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the parking lot of a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 backed into vehicle 2, panicked and left the scene, followed by vehicle 2.

Report of counterfeit $5 bill at a business at 601 South Pioneer Way.

Report of a theft from a business at 601 South Pioneer Way. Subjects were located later, and found with evidence of a second theft.

Report of possible burglary at a residence in the 9800 block of Northeast Olympic Drive. Reporting party said she came home and found the front door open.

Report of counterfeit $100 bill at a business at 2709 West Broadway Ave. Bill was marked "for motion picture use only," second bill with those markings recovered in the last few days. Case is still under investigation.

Report of a male dropped off from a vehicle, who walked into a field and started chasing cows. Officers talked to the subject, who said he wanted to get away from people and that chasing cows calmed him down. He was provided a ride to Samaritan for a voluntary mental health evaluation.

Report of female taking items off the shelf and putting them on the floor, then filling buckets of water and putting them on the floor, at a business at 423 West Broadway Ave. Officers talked to the woman, who was having conversations with people who weren't present and hearing voices, then attempted to walk into traffic. She was transported to Samaritan for a mental health evaluation.

A 19-year-old woman was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Victim was experiencing drug-induced paranoia and was taken home.

A woman reported that two goats were in her yard.

Puppies were reported abandoned in front of a residence.

A business reported seeing a female subject trying to get into cars.

A woman reported that her boathouse had been broken into.

A basketball backboard was reportedly vandalized at North Elementary School.

Oct. 6

Juan Estrada, 20, Mattawa, was booked into the Grant County Jail for reckless driving and second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Eduardo Ramirez, 20, Othello, was booked for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jeffrey Faircloth, 52, Moses Lake, was booked for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Marta Ayala, 18, Ephrata, was booked for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Oct. 7

Izabella Dalrymple, 19, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Noe Romero, 29, Moses Lake, turned himself in on two outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Lyle Floyd, 47, Nine Mile Falls, was booked for DUI and three counts of third-degree assault.

Felipe Sanchez, 27, Othello, was booked on a Washington Department of Corrections order for probation violation.

Joel Koch, 42, Moses Lake, was booked for first-degree criminal trespassing and resisting arrest.

Daniele Wick, 27, Soap Lake, was booked on a WDOC order.

Alex Martinez, 21, Moses Lake, was booked for probation violation.

George Smith, 43, Nespelem, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.
