Report of driver hitting a deer at the intersection of South Division Street and East Mizzou Court.
A man, age not given, was arrested on two counts of violation of a protection order.
Report of burglary at a business at 724 West Pheasant St. Burglars broke a window to gain entry and stole a generator and electronic equipment. Value of stolen items was estimated at $1,200.
Report of theft from a business at 937 West Broadway Ave. Business had license plates stolen from two trailers outside the fence.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of East Broadway Avenue and South Alder Street. Driver of vehicle 1, a Moses Lake Fire Department truck, was driving south on Stratford, with lights and sirens going, and hit a vehicle going through the intersection with the green light.
Report of structure fire with victim trapped in the residence in the 600 block of South Chestnut Street. All entrances to the residence were locked, so officers kicked in the door and rescued the victim. The Moses Lake Fire Department extinguished the fire.
A 30-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant. He attempted to run and hide from officers but was apprehended.
Report of bank fraud. Victim said unknown suspect used her debit card to deposit stolen checks into her account through an out-of-town bank and then withdraw the money.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the parking lot of a business at 603 North Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 backed up and ran into vehicle 2, traveling through the lot.
Report of vandalism at a residence in the 1600 block of South Wallace Street. Vehicle had the rear window shot out with a BB gun and damage to the rear hatch.
Report of counterfeit $20 bill turned in at a business at 1037 West Marina Dr.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at a business at 2709 West Broadway Ave. Unattended vehicle 1 rolled into vehicle 2.
Report of subject attempting to enter a residence in the 500 block of North Clark Road. Officers talked to the suspect, who said he was on a mission to kill people who were breaking the law and was a suicide bomber. He was admitted for a mental health evaluation.
Report of vandalism at a residence in the 100 block of East Hill Avenue. Victim said someone broke the passenger-side window on her car sometime during the previous hour.

Report of theft at a business at 640 North Stratford Rd. Female suspect purchased one item but didn't pay for the other item she was holding.
Multiple reports of woman in the street disrupting traffic on South Pioneer Way. Woman said she was suicidal and was taken back to Samaritan Hospital.
Report of theft from a business at 504 West Valley Rd. Unknown suspect took about eight colored lights from business sign.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the parking lot of a business at 1165 North Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 was backing out of a parking space and backed into vehicle 2.
Report of attempted shoplifting at a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. Two juveniles attempted to conceal merchandise worth about $354. They were released to their parents and the case is still under investigation.
Report of attempted shoplifting at a business at 500 South Pioneer Way. A man stole merchandise, ran from the store and fled with a second man in a vehicle. The vehicle was stopped and the merchandise was recovered. The second man, 72 years of age, was driving and was found in possession of methamphetamine, heroin and a scale. He was arrested.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at West Valley Road and Airway Drive Northeast. Driver of vehicle 1 changed lanes and ran into vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for driving without a valid driver's license, improper lane travel and driving without car insurance.
Oct. 6
Report of loud party at a residence in the 3000 block of Road H Northeast. Officers found multiple juveniles consuming intoxicating substances; they were released to their parents. A 21-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.
Report of disturbance at a business at 2822 West Driggs Dr. Subject refused to leave location and locked herself in a room. Officers made entry into the room and arrested a 34-year-old woman for burglary.
Report of a vehicle-bicyclist accident at the intersection of North Stratford Road and West Knolls Vista Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 didn't look at the intersection and hit the bicyclist in the crosswalk. Bicyclist refused medical aid.
Report of theft. Victim said someone stole her wallet while she was at a party at a location she couldn't identify the previous night.
Report of fraud. Victim said she was approached by a woman at a business at 705 South Pioneer Way, and the woman asked her to change a $100 bill. When the victim tried to use the $100, it turned out to be counterfeit.
Report of vehicle theft in the 600 block of West Crest Drive. Victim left vehicle running while he went inside, and it was stolen. It was located in Kittitas County unoccupied. Victim asked that it be left overnight, and it was a stolen a second time, possibly by the subject who stole it originally.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident on West Broadway Avenue and Burress Road. Driver of vehicle 1 turned from Burress onto Broadway and hit vehicle 2.
Report of theft from a business at 711 North Stratford Rd. Victim said someone stole her phone while she was in the business. Estimated value is $290.
Report of a disturbance at South Ashley Way and West Chuckie Lane. A 52-year-old man was arrested for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence). A juvenile had fled the scene before officer arrived, was located later and arrested for multiple warrants.
Report of a small amount of heroin found in a bathroom at Samaritan Hospital, 801 East Wheeler Rd.

A man reported that his neighbor’s cattle kept getting into his field because the neighbors weren’t feeding them.
A man reported finding his back door kicked in.
A man reported that his neighbor had come to his house and threatened him with a Taser.
Nov. 5
A man reported that a female who was staying with him and his girlfriend came into the bedroom and hit the girlfriend in the head with a piece of steel.
Juvenile subjects reportedly released railroad cars at a Y-switch.
Kids were reported throwing firecrackers in a field.
A woman reported that her trailer was broken into and items had been stolen.
A man reported that subjects were harassing him at his residence.
A male caller reported that his mother was refusing to give him back his phone.
A woman reported that her child’s father took their child and did not bring her back on time. When he did bring the child back, he reportedly got into a fight with the complainant’s parents.
A business reported that a female subject was hanging around and trying to start fights with customers.

A business reported that a female subject was harassing customers in the drive-thru.
A woman reported that her car had been broken into.
A woman reported that an unknown female subject had sat down on her front porch.

A woman reported that her younger sister was off her medication and tearing up things at her home.

Mary Rhodes, 36, Grand Coulee, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree theft and an outstanding Okanogan County warrant for third-degree theft.
Ellicenda Martinez, 31, Mattawa, was booked for outstanding GCDC warrants for three counts of fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and two counts of violating a no-contact order.
Franklin Henspeter, 72, Grand Coulee, was booked for an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault.

Osbaldo Medina, 29, Quincy, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
Charlie Craig, 23, Grand Coulee, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for driving without a valid driver's license or other identification.
Leroy Lewis, 72, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for possession of methamphetamine and attempting or conspiring to sell.
Reynaldo Garcia, 22, Ephrata, was booked for second-degree possession of stolen property and forgery.
Brisa Bajonero, 23, Pasco, was booked on a GCDC commitment order for a one-day sentence for DUI.
Cristal Chavez, 24, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.
Steven Juarez, 42, Moses Lake, turned himself in to serve a two-day sentence for DUI.
Andre Balderas, 33, Moses Lake, was booked for DUI.
