Nov. 2

Report of a subject sleeping in the 400 block of South Balsam Street. The subject was contacted and advised she would be leaving.

Report of several juveniles going behind Moses Lake High School. The area was checked, but no one was located behind the school.

A woman was contacted in the 200 block of South Pioneer Way after police were told she was in the road. The woman allegedly cursed at the officer, but the officer did not observe the woman in the road.

A business in the 1100 block of West Broadway Avenue said a subject has been throwing trash into their dumpster and they wanted to pursue charges over it.

A man stole a $36 bottle of alcohol from Rite Aid and fled the scene. The store requested the man be trespassed from their location when he is located by police.

A woman was trespassed from Lep-Re-Kon Harvest Foods after yelling at store employees and not calming down while speaking with police.

Grant County PUD reported a barb fire fence on their property in the area of Kinder Road Northeast and Wenatchee Drive Northeast was cut sometime within the last day.

Report of shots fired in the 600 block of South Balsam Street. Officers could not find evidence of shots being fired at the scene.

A man reported hearing possible gunshots in the McCosh Park area. Police did not find any evidence of shots being fired in the area.

A woman reported that a male subject had been standing outside for about 40 minutes taking pictures of her house and the house next door.

A woman reported that she found wet footprints on her back patio and it appeared someone had been in her back yard.

A man reported a female lying in the middle of the road.

A man reported that his daughter fell asleep on the school bus and someone painted her face with marker.

A woman reported that her fiancée had been drinking and was yelling at her.

A man reported that his neighbors came to his residence and accusing him of calling the police on them and threatening to hurt people at the residence.

Nov. 2

Rene Merida, 27, of Ephrata, was arrested for DUI.

Robert Valentine, 43, of Electric City, was arrested for second-degree malicious mischief.

Jamie Ulman, 33, of Moses Lake, was arrested for a Department of Corrections secretary's warrant.

Victoria Martinez, 22, of Quincy, was arrested for second-degree burglary.

Jesse Charlton, 19, no city of residence listed, was arrested and booked on a DOC order for arrest and detention.

Wade Bob Jr., 35, of Grand Coulee, was arrested and booked for third-degree assault and felony violation of a no-contact order.

Nov. 3

Anthony Snider, 27, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree theft and third-degree malicious mischief.

Celeste Whisenhunt, 19, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for second-degree trafficking stolen property.
