SUMMARY This ordinance creates a reimbursement allocation from property owners existing at the time of the installation of the 6" sewer forcemain extension installed by the City of Othello from the existing sewer main in Main Street east to the east side of SR 17. SUMMARY This ordinance provides a three-year 4.8% incremental water rate increase for residential and commercial users and an average of a 16.4% incremental water rate increase for industrial users, who do not have service contracts with the City of Othello.
