ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS.
Sealed Bids for construction modifications to The Port of Moses Lake Wastewater Facilities will be receive by The Port of Moses Lake, located at the office at 7810 Andrews St. NE, Suite
200, Moses Lake, WA 98837 until 2:00 pm Local time on Thursday, June 9, 2106, at which
time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Project Scope of Work:
The Project consists constructing approximately twenty-five (25) lineal feet of connection piping and appurtenances to the existing clean water irrigation system and electrically actuated isolation valves replacement in the existing irrigation valve vaults.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bid shall be on a lump sum basis.
The issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: The Port of Moses Lake, 7810 Andrews
St, NE Suite 200, Moses Lake WA. 98837. Prospective Bidders may examine the
Bidding Documents as the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays, between the hours of 8:00 am-5:00 pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described as below.
Bidding Documents may also be examined the Port of Moses Lake, or on line, at a Drop

Printed Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon payment of a deposit of $25.00 for each set. Checks for
Bidding Document shall be payable to the Port of Moses Lake. Upon request and receipt of
the documents deposit indicated above, plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via a delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the Prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt to the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available for the Issuing Office. Neither the Owner, nor the Engineering will be responsible for the full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from the sources other that the Issuing Office.
A pre bid Non-Mandatory conference will be held on 10:00 am on Friday, June 3, 2016 at the Port of Moses Lake Office., at the address listed above.
