Angelina 'Angie' Carranza

Angelina “Angie” Carranza passed away Sunday, the 22nd of May at Samaritan Hospital in Moses Lake, Wash.

Angie was born to Pablo and Amelia Carranza on May 13, 1935 in Oxford, Calif.

She is preceded in death by her daughters MaryAnn “Anna” Anderson (Robert, living), Gloria Hernandez, and her son Angel Medina (Linda, living).

She is survived by her children: John Cerna, Imelda Sierra (Artie), Yolanda Meza (Raymon), Gabriel Cerna; the grandson she raised, Alex Cerna; along with 21 additional grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren.

Her favorite time spent was with family, enjoying her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She lived 81 years and we were blessed to have been able to celebrate her final birthday with her. She will be fondly remembered for her creative soul, her fierce love and her resounding wisdom.

Services will be held at Grace Harvest Church, Monday, May 30 at 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
