Willis “Kenneth” Moyes, 88, a resident of Moses Lake passed away Monday, May 23, 2016 at Samaritan Hospital. Viewing will be from 1 to 1:45 p.m. on Friday, May 27, 2016 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Rose Street Chapel.
