Report of a purse stolen out of a vehicle in a garage in the 1400 block of East Deborah Street.

Report of numerous vehicles prowled in the 1400 block of East Deborah Street. Nothing was reported stolen from the vehicles.

Report of a wallet stolen out of a vehicle in the 800 block of South Tyler Court.

A business owner in the 1700 block of West Broadway Avenue reported a theft of services after finding his business’s Dumpster full of boxes. The owner of the garbage was contacted and removed the items.

A man reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle in the 1400 block of East Egeland Drive and took the keys from the ignition.

Report of a license plate stolen off a pickup truck in the 2300 block of West Peninsula Drive.

Police contacted two people who were camping on a business’s property in the 1400 block of East Yonezawa Boulevard. The people were advised of city ordinances and packed their belongings.

An unidentified man reportedly stole a piano cover from the Moses Lake Civic Center on May 21.

A woman reported her backpack was stolen from outside of a business on South Pioneer Way.

Report of a wallet stolen out of an unlocked vehicle in the 100 block of East Belair Drive.

A man reported his vehicle was broken into in the 200 block of East Linden Avenue. He advised his neighbor returned his checkbook to him that was stolen from the vehicle and he only knew of his cellphone that was still missing.

Mailboxes were reported tagged in the Larson area.

Graffiti was reported on a storage unit building.

A fraudulent phone call purporting to be from the IRS was reported.

A woman reported that her ex, against whom she has a protection order, had been driving around her residence and followed her to the Sand Dunes.

A man reported a laptop stolen from his vehicle.

A woman reported that an unknown vehicle keeps driving to her house, and then driving away when she goes out to see who it is. She said that this had been happening for a couple of weeks.

Three vehicles were reported racing toward SR 17 on Paxson Drive in Moses Lake.

A man reported that a wire welder was stolen from his vehicle.

A man reported that his ex-wife was trespassing on his property.

A male reportedly slapped a female in front of a store.

Unknown subjects reportedly pulled a vehicle up behind a brush pile and left it there all day.

Kids were reported riding a four-wheeler in a field with no helmets.

May 23

Yoban Nunez-Diaz, 26, of Quincy, was booked on a Department of Corrections probation violation.

Devin Schei, 23, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC secretary’s warrant.

Tomas Quintanilla III, 29, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault and two Grant County District Court warrants.

Liberty Perry, 39, of Quincy, was arrested and booked for DUI.

May 24

Elkana Mulamba, 29, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Grant County Superior Court warrant.
