PROJECT: The project is proposing recreational improvements in the Crescent Bar area of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that the JARPA SSDP received on 4/15/16 from Grant County PUD (Contact: Ross Hendrick) was found to be technically complete on 05/3/16. PROJECT: The project is proposing recreational improvements in the Crescent Bar area of Grant County. The improvements include removal of existing shoreline development (docks and buoys) and installation of a new marina (61 boat slips), improvements to the existing boat launch & improvements to the boat parking area. The improvements are consistent with the Grant PUD's FERC license for the Priest Rapids Project. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: None STUDIES REQUIRED: Habitat/Wetland Mitigation Plan, Cultural Resource Survey LOCATION: The project is located in the Crescent Bar area on the island. Crescent Bar is located approximately 7 miles west of Quincy, WA. The parcels involved are owned by Grant County PUD and located in the Section 19 & 30, Township 20 North, Range 23 East, WM, Grant County, WA. Parcel #'s 14-1300-000, 14-1308-000, 14-1307-000, 14-1311-000, 14-1312-000 & 14-1304-000. SHORELINE ENVIRONMENT: Recreation. ZONING: Recreational Development & Rural Remote. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
