A man was arrested after reportedly stealing a truck from Les Schwab Tire Center on East Broadway Avenue. The suspect was stopped by the owner of the truck and a store employee until police arrived at the scene. He was booked into the Grant County Jail for theft of a motor vehicle, second-degree assault, second-degree vehicle prowling, third-degree theft and possession of a controlled substance.

Report of a bicycle stolen from the back of a truck in the 1100 block of North Stratford Road.

Report of an unknown subject stealing a laptop from a church in the 900 block of West Valley Road.

Report of a child with bruises wandering in the 1000 block of South Grant Street. Police located the child's parents who said the child ran away from their residence. The child's injuries appeared to be consistent with falling down on a sidewalk.

Four juveniles were contacted at Walmart for stealing cough medicine. Two of the juveniles had the medicine in their pockets and three out of the four reportedly had warrants out for their arrest. All four of the suspects were trespassed from all Walmart stores.

A woman told police four juveniles threw a rotten banana at her in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue. Police were unable to contact the parents of the juveniles.

A man was stopped for driving a golf cart in the wrong direction on Northshore Drive. The man was reportedly a convicted felon and found to be in possession of a stolen gun. The suspect was booked into jail for unlawful possession of a firearm and an ignition interlock violation.

A woman told police she lost her purse and believed it may have been stolen from her vehicle in the 400 block of West Fourth Avenue.

An unknown male reportedly left Safeway on a bicycle with a backpack full of stolen alcohol.

A woman advised that while she was inside the Moses Lake Police Department someone broke into her vehicle and stole a laptop and tablet.
