A 53-year-old woman was cited for letting dogs run at large.

Report of a vehicle prowl in the 1400 block of West Century Street. Theft occurred sometime between 5 and 7 a.m. Thieves stole personal items and some change.

A 25-year-old man was cited for dog running at large.

Report of vehicle prowl and check fraud. Suspect entered the victim’s vehicle while it was parked at a business at 705 South Pioneer Way and stole a check from the back of the victim’s checkbook. Suspect then wrote a check to himself and deposited it to his own account at a local bank.

Report of debit card fraud. Victim said unknown suspects had withdrawn money from an account using a duplicate debit card. The case is still under investigation.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident on West Valley Road. Driver of vehicle 1 attempted to change lanes and said he didn’t see vehicle 2.

Report of mail stolen from a residence in the 1700 block of South Beaumont Drive.

Report of an open door at a business at 508 East Third Ave. Officers checked the store and found nothing missing.

Report of vehicle prowls in the 1000 block of West Oregon Street. Victim said someone entered her car and searched it. A family member said thieves also broke into his non-working truck, parked down the street. Thieves allegedly stole stereo equipment, worth an estimated $350.

A 25-year-old man was cited for second-degree burglary after he was seen attempting to shoplift merchandise from a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. When confronted by store personnel he ran away and fled in a silver four-door vehicle.

Report of check fraud. Victim said subject had attempted to write checks on her account.

Report of credit card fraud. Victim said an unauthorized person used her credit card information to purchase merchandise online for delivery to a local business, where the suspect picked it up. The case is still under investigation.

A 21-year-old woman was cited for furnishing alcohol to a minor at a business at 2777 West Broadway Ave. during a compliance check.

A 24-year-old woman was cited for furnishing alcohol to a minor at a business at 211 West Broadway Ave. during a compliance check.

Officer observed two vehicles chasing each other in the 1100 block of South Balsam Street. One vehicle left the scene at a high rate of speed, while the other stopped. The driver said her husband was driving the other vehicle and they had been having an argument.

A woman, no age given, was cited for furnishing alcohol to a minor at a business at 323 Pioneer Way. during a compliance check.

A 49-year-old woman was cited for furnishing alcohol to a minor at a business at 640 North Stratford Rd. during a compliance check.

A 47-year-old woman was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding warrant. The woman contacted law enforcement to report people sleeping in the bathrooms in the park near the Moses Lake Public Library. The two people sleeping in the bathrooms were told they could not camp there.

Carlos Santacruz, 28, Moses Lake, was booked for an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Michelle Robbins, 47, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for reckless driving.

Travis Rockett, 22, Electric City, was booked for third-degree malicious mischief.

Gary Genther, 62, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Todd Homer, 29, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Kevin Sanchez, 20, Moses Lake, was booked on two outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Daniel Amaya, 42, Quincy, was booked for first-degree possession of stolen property, an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for possession of methamphetamine, and outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree theft and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Joshua Maher, 31. Soap Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Darcy Price, 60, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Franklin County warrant for attempting to elude.

Salvador Blancas, Jr., 19. Quincy, was booked for harassment (domestic violence).
