Moses Lake Police Department

May 12

Report of a traffic accident involving a motorcycle near Bell Road and Wheeler Road. While en route to the collision scene dispatch advised the operator of the motorcycle was walking around and eventually left the scene on the motorcycle. Police could not locate the motorcycle or operator.

Police recovered a stolen motorcycle in the 8900 block of Tinker Loop.

A concerned driver advised of a low-flying aircraft going over Interstate 90. Police checked the area, but could not locate any low-flying aircraft.

Report of a verbal altercation between tenants at an apartment complex in the 1000 block of West Third Avenue. One of the two subjects had a misdemeanor warrant for harassment and was booked into the Grant County Jail.

While conducting alcohol compliance checks police reportedly wrote criminal citations to employees at businesses in the 1800 block of East Kittleson Road, the 5000 block of Airway Drive Northeast, the 1100 block of North Stratford Road and the 500 block of West Valley Road for furnishing alcohol to minors.

A woman reported leaving her purse in a shopping cart at a business in the 1200 block of South Pioneer Way. She said when she returned to the store her purse was gone.

Report of a verbal disturbance between tenants at an apartment complex in the 1000 block of West Third Avenue. Neither of the two parties would answer their doors when police arrived at the scene.

Report of four children throwing rocks and entering a church on West Ivy Street. No damage was done to the church. A church representative advised the door is accidentally left open on occasion. The children were contacted and advised to only be on the church property when adults are present and a church function is being held.


Grant County Sheriff’s Office

May 12

A dog with a history of biting people was reported running at large.

An elderly person was reported lying in the road after falling out of a wheelchair.

A man reported that his daughter’s ex-boyfriend was harassing and threatening him and his daughter.

A woman reported receiving a suspicious message on her answering machine purporting to be from the U.S. Marshals’ Office.

A man reported that a male, against whom they have a restraining order, was following him and his wife.

A woman reported that her friends asked to borrow her vehicle promising to return it, but did not.

A mother reported that her son did not come home.

A male was reported lying in the middle of the road.

May 13

A blue van was reportedly parked in the same spot behind the reporting party’s address for three days with its occupants drinking.

A man reported seeing a male outside his residence by his vehicle. The subject ran off when the reporting party hit the window.

Mark Hoose, 43, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on a Grant County District Court warrant.

Jordon Leach, 25, of Portland, Ore., was booked on a Grant County Superior Court warrant.

Ramiro Camacho III, 26, of Quincy, was booked on a GCDC warrant.

Miguel Bravo, 20, of East Wenatchee, was booked on a GCDC warrant.

Adam Wolfe, 27, of Moses Lake, was booked on three GCDC warrants.

Jeremiah Hamilton, 32, of Moses Lake, was booked on a GCDC warrant.

Thomas Waters, 25, of Omak, was booked on a GCDC warrant.

Ruben Trevino, 45, of Moses Lake, was booked on a GCDC warrant.

Adam Carpenter, 33, of Moses Lake, turned himself in on a GCDC warrant.

Vaughn Walters, 28, of Moses Lake, was booked on a Department of Corrections order for arrest and detention.

Darrell Smith Jr., 45, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections secretary’s warrant.

Marquse Watkines Jr., 36, of Moses Lake, was arrested on a GCDC warrant.

Alyssa Ecklind, 28, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a GCDC warrant.
