Development of the Voluntary Stewardship Program – Franklin County, WA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Franklin Conservation District (FCD) will accept proposals from firms specializing in Environmental Planning to prepare the Voluntary Stewardship Program work plan for Franklin County, WA. These firms should also have expertise in Watershed Group Organization and Facilitation. The resulting contract will be signed by the prime consultant and the FCD District Manager, following approval by the FCD Board.

Individuals or firms wanting to obtain a Request for Proposals (RFP) packet or who have questions regarding the project scope and contents of the RFP should contact:
