NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Franklin County Commissioners is inviting written proposals from Concession providers interested in providing concession services for the TRAC Center. The full RFP is available on-line at http://www.co.franklin.wa.us/rfp/ or by calling the TRAC Center’s office at 509-543-2999. Deadline for receiving applications is Friday, June 17, 2016 at 4pm.
