PROJECT: The project is proposing recreational improvements in the Crescent Bar area of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that the JARPA SSDP received on 12/22/15 from Grant County PUD (Contact: Edrie Risdon) were found to be technically complete on 05/3/16. PROJECT: The project is proposing recreational improvements in the Crescent Bar area of Grant County. The improvements include new campsites, pedestrian trails, renovated concession areas and upgraded parking areas. The improvements are consistent with the Grant PUD's FERC license for the Priest Rapids Project. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: DUP & CUP STUDIES REQUIRED: Habitat/Wetland Mitigation Plan, Cultural Resource Survey LOCATION: The project is located in the Crescent Bar area both on and off the island. Crescent Bar is located approximately 7 miles west of Quincy, WA. The parcels involved are owned by Grant County PUD and located in the Section 19 & 30, Township 20 North, Range 23 East, WM, Grant County, WA. Parcel #'s 141302000, 141306000, 141304000, 141312000, 141313000, 141315000, 141314000, 141344000, 141321000, 141345000, 141346000, 150658000, 141327000, 141326000, 141325000, 141324000. SHORELINE ENVIRONMENT: Recreation & Natural. ZONING: Recreational Development, Rural Remote & Public Open Space. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
