Report of graffiti on a shed and garbage container in the 800 block of East Hill Ave.

Report of disturbance in the 800 block of East Hill Avenue. Apartment manager called for a tow truck to remove a vehicle, but before the tow truck arrived the vehicle’s owner attempted to leave. The manager stood at the back of the vehicle trying to stop it from leaving, but the driver pulled out, forcing the manager to get out of the way. The manager said the vehicle touched him but he wasn’t hurt. Car is described as a black 2006 Chevrolet Malibu.

Report of packages stolen from a residence in the 4700 block of West Badger Street. Male suspect walked up onto the victim’s porch, pretended to knock on the door then took packages from the porch. Suspect’s car is described as a gray four-door sedan.

Report of a subject aggressively panhandling at a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd.

Report of former employee allegedly taking about $1,200 in merchandise from a business at 980 West Central Dr. Case is under investigation.

Report of two-vehicle, minor injury accident at the intersection of Wheeler Road and Road L Northeast. Driver of vehicle 1 was traveling west on Wheeler, attempted to turn left onto Road L and hit vehicle 2, traveling east on Wheeler Road. A passenger in vehicle 2 was examined by EMS personnel at the scene for a head injury and released.

Report of vandalism in the 1100 block of West Gem Avenue. Reporting party said unknown subjects tampered with the engine of an old truck parked behind his residence.

A 27-year-old man was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail for an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

A 23-year-old man was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding WDOC warrant for second-degree robbery.

Jordan Tebow, 32, of Moses Lake, was arrested for a Department of Corrections order.

Domonick Sapp, 23, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC arrest order.

Robert A. Delvechio IV, 39, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on second-degree theft, possession of heroin, first-degree trespassing, third-degree possession of stolen property and a Grant County District Court warrant.

Arturo Benavidez, 34, of Othello, was arrested on a GCDC warrant.

Warren Parisian, 22, of Yakima, was arrested for a GCDC warrant.

Shane Heisey, 29, of Oroville, was arrested for a GCDC warrant.

Zachary Forest, 34, of Royal City, was booked on a GCDC warrant.

Alex Martinez, 21, of Warden, was arrested and booked on a DOC probation violation.

Lionel Solthero, 30, was arrested on a DOC arrest order.

Angela Moore, 34, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on two Grant County Superior Court warrants.

Mark Stephens, 27, transient in Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC warrant.
