She is preceded in death by her husband and longtime friend, William Princech, and dear friends Phyllis Delp and Joan Hamel.

Jeanette was born Feb. 1, 1940, in Grand Island, Neb., the first child of John and Edith Pohlman. During the first grade, her family moved to Phillipsburg, Kan. Four years later, the family moved to Washington state. She was a 1958 graduate of Rogers High School in Spokane, Wash. After graduation she relocated to California where she pursued a career in accounting with Safeway Stores. She accepted a management position with Safeway’s Dairy Division in Moses Lake, Wash., where she remained until her retirement.

She will be remembered for the love, generosity and caring that she shared with everyone she met. She opened her home and heart to many foster children through the years and spent many hours transporting the foster children in her care to visit their parents. She also enjoyed volunteering at Columbia Crest Care Center. Jeanette loved traveling with family and friends, spending time with her nephews, nieces and grandchildren as well as the many dear friends she made at Moses Lake Alliance Church.

A graveside memorial service is being planned for a later date.
