WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, has

received a petition to vacate portions of certain County road easement described as follows:

Legal description: That portion of County Road and Right-of-Way known as

DIVISION.8 NE ROADLOG 40460 Mileposts 0.0 to .07 IN SECTIONS 19 & 30 T22N R27E.W.M ALL IN GRANT COUNTY, WA.

AND as shown on Attached Exhibit A

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should be

given to vacating portions of certain County roads and rights-of-way and directs the County Road

Engineer to prepare a report on the vacation and abandonment.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing on the report and other

related matters shall be held in the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant

County, Washington, located in the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 2:00 PM, on

Tuesday, the 24th day of May, 2016.
