Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on April 11, 2016 from Ted & Norma Christensen (Designated Contact: J. Curtis & Associates, Inc., PO Box 956, Mattawa, WA 99349), was found to be technically complete on April 28, 2016. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 3 parcels totaling 235.25 acres to create four (4) lots in the Agricultural zone. Lot 1 will be 66.83 acres in size with a residence. Lot 2 will be 160.45 (including 115.92 acres of Open Space) and will have an existing residence. Lot 3 will be 3.48 acres with an existing residence. Lot 4 will be 1.08 acres with an existing residence. LOCATION: The project site is located at 4478 Rd 12 SW, approximately two miles northeast of Royal City, WA. The site is located in the south _ of Section 32, Township 17 North, Range 26 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #21-0804-000, 21-0805-000, & 21-0868-000.

ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT:

This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
