Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit Application and SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County on March 18, 2016 from Steve Pryor, 303 W Nelson Rd, Moses Lake, WA 98837 and was found to be Technically Complete on April 27, 2016. PROJECT: An application proposing the expansion of a pre-existing non-conforming use, Automotive Service and Repair, in the Rural Urban Reserve Zone. The applicant is proposing to construct a 10,000 square foot building that will be used as a truck showroom and for storing vehicle parts. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject parcel is located at 12976 North Frontage Rd E at the intersection of North Frontage Rd E and Rd M NE and is in the Northeast quarter of Section 31, Township 19 North, Range 29 East, Willamette Meridian, Grant County, WA. ZONING: Rural Urban Reserve. PUBLIC HEARING: Grant County Hearings Examiner, tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at 1:00 pm in the New Commissioners Hearing Room on the bottom floor of the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
