NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER

ONE (1) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE

TAKE NOTICE:

That Marlin Hutterian Bretheren Trust of Marlin, WA, has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to change the place of use as granted under Ground Water Certificate No. G3-21015C.

That Certificate No. G3-21015C authorizes the withdrawal of 1200 gallons per minute, 400 acre-feet per year, each year, for seasonal irrigation of 160 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is a well located within the NW1/4 of Sec. 22, T. 20 N., R. 29 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use is 70 acres within Sec. 15, 70 acres within the W1/2NW1/4 of Sec. 14, and 20 acres within the W1/2SW1/4 of Sec. 11; all being within T. 20 N., R. 29 E.W.M.

That they propose to change the place of use to 80 acres in the W1/2 of a pivot located in the W3/4S3/4 of Sec. 11; 80 acres in the half pivot located in the W1/2NW1/4 of Sec. 14 and the W1/2SW1/4 of Sec. 11; all being within T. 20 N., R. 29 E.W.M.

All within Grant County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from March 31, 2016.
