March 29

Report of a dog running loose in the 1600 block of South Wallace Street. Police could not find the dog.

Report of a subject setting off an anti-theft alarm when exiting Rite Aid. The subject was not in possession of any merchandise and surveillance video did not show the person taking items. The subject was trespassed from the business per the request of the store’s manager.

Police responded to a business in the 700 block of North Central Drive to locate an unknown suspect who left the store without paying for a tank top. The suspect attempted to steal $54 worth of items from the store and returned all of the items except the tank top. Police could not locate the suspect.

A man reported receiving a phone call from out of the area from a person wanting him to send in $250 in exchange for $9,000.

An anonymous caller advised of a man wanted by the Department of Corrections in the area of East Wheeler Road and South Pioneer Way. The suspect was on a bicycle and refused to stop for police. The man was eventually detained and found to be in possession of heroin.

Report of a man looking into vehicles in the 400 block of East Broadway Avenue. The man was gone upon police arrival.

Police were unable to locate an abandoned bicycle in the 600 block of South Yakima Avenue.

Two dogs were impounded after they were caught running loose in the area of South Eastlake Drive and South James Avenue.

Report of a 911 call coming from the computer room at Endeavor Middle School. The school’s principal was contacted and advised there was no problems at the school.

A man reported his phone was taken from Samaritan Hospital on March 24. The man advised he tracked the phone to a residence in Moses Lake on Friday, but was not able to contact anyone there.


Grant County Sheriff’s Office

Items were reported stolen from a construction site.

A male reported that his mother locked him out of the residence and he couldn’t retrieve his things.

An airplane reportedly landed near Priest Rapids Dam. It was unknown if anybody was injured.

A man reported that he found his door breached and a bag containing a handgun inside.

A woman reported a suspicious trailer parked in the empty lot across the street.

A woman reported being harassed over the Internet by her ex.

A push plow was reported stolen.

A woman reported there was a dog running at large and trying to get into her house.

A woman reported that she returned home to find her dog was shot four times. The dog was still alive.

A man reported that he was having some work done on his car and it was stolen.

A forklift was reported broken down in the middle of the road.

A woman reported that her neighbor’s dog bit her child several times and dragged the child around.

A woman reported hearing gunshots behind her residence.

A male was reportedly walking on the highway. He was not making sense and kept asking for someone named Johnny.

A woman reported that somebody was trying to get into her back door with a screwdriver. She told officers that her dog was barking, and when she opened the door to let him in, she saw someone standing in the field in front of her house.

A mother told officers that her daughter was refusing to go to school, crying and “doing stupid things.”

A man reported that his girlfriend’s brother threatened him with a pistol.

Theresa Deich, 26, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for theft of a motor vehicle.

Donald Lookado, 39, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for threats to bomb or injure property and third-degree attempted assault.

Euberto Chapa, 38, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked for residential burglary.

Shayna Marshall, 25, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for DUI.

Raymond Salinas, 19, no city of residence listed, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections secretary’s warrant.

Devin Schei, 23, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC order of arrest and detention for violations of probation.

March 29

David Walker, 28, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for violating a civil anti-harassment order and resisting arrest.

Mark Stephens, 27, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC secretary’s warrant for violations of probation.

Joe Henson, 38, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC secretary’s warrant for violations of probation.

Wade Bob Jr., 35, of Grand Coulee, was booked on a Grant County Superior Court warrant.

Cedonia Williams, 31, of Nespelem, was arrested for Grant County District Court warrants.

Yesenia Dominguez, 29, of Othello, was booked on four counts of forgery.
