13.24 acre parcel into 2 lots. Lot 1 will be 6.62 acres and has 2 manufactured homes located on the property, one of which is for Extended Family Living. Lot 2 will be 6.62 acres, will have residential capacity. Location: The property is located at 11086 Rd E NW, Ephrata WA.

The parcel is approximately 5 miles southwest of the city of Ephrata, WA. The parcel is in the SE corner of Section 6, Township 20 North, Range 26 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #16-0583-000. Zoning: Rural Residential 1. Public Hearing: None. Consistency

Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed or hand-delivered. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above mentioned proposal and materials.
