Write to the Principal Saddle Mountain shares two letters

MATTAWA — We carried a story last week about a writing emphasis project at the Saddle Mountain Elementary School that includes a competitive exercise known as Write to the Principal.

This week, Principal Sean Langdon shares letters to him that were winners. One is by a second-grader named Andrea Tapia. She’s playing principal for a day.

The second letter is by Rylie Price, a fifth-grader. She writes about why she likes school.
