NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR ISSUANCE OF A TAX-EXEMPT SPECIAL FUND REVENUE LEASE OBLIGATION
The Washington Health Care Facilities Authority (the “Authority”) will hold a public hearing on April 11, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. at its office at 410 - 11th Avenue S.E., Suite 201, Olympia, Washington 98504, regarding the proposed issuance by the Authority of a tax-exempt special fund revenue lease obligation in an original principal amount not to exceed $25,000,000 (the “Lease Obligation”).
BY THE WASHINGTON HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AUTHORITY
The Washington Health Care Facilities Authority (the “Authority”) will hold a public hearing on April 11, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. at its office at 410 - 11th Avenue S.E., Suite 201, Olympia, Washington 98504, regarding the proposed issuance by the Authority of a tax-exempt special fund revenue lease obligation in an original principal amount not to exceed $25,000,000 (the “Lease Obligation”). The proceeds of the Lease Obligation will be lent to Confluence Health, a Washington nonprofit corporation and a “501(c)(3) organization” (as defined in the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended), for the purpose of providing part of the funds necessary to finance or reimburse Confluence Health for (a) a portion of the costs of acquiring and installing an electronic medical records and billing system consisting of software and equipment located in the following health care facilities:
