RESOLUTION NO. 2016-03

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CONNELL, WASHINGTON, SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING THE CONNELL CITY COUNCIL’S INTENT TO ASSUME THE RIGHTS, POWERS, FUNCTIONS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONNELL TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT DISTRICT, ON April 4th, 2016, AS ALLOWED BY RCW 36.74.020.

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Connell, Franklin County, Washington, as follows:

The City of Connell Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed assumption of the rights, powers, functions and obligations of the Transportation Benefit on April 4th, 2016, at 6:00 PM or shortly thereafter. The hearing will be held at 104 E. Adams. All persons interested may appear and be heard.

ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Connell and APPROVED by the Mayor this 7th day of March, 2016.
