4 Reasons to Use Canola Oil

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons finely minced lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup canola oil

Preparation:

  1. In medium bowl, whisk together lemon zest and juice, honey, salt and pepper. Slowly add canola oil, whisking briskly and continuously until emulsified. Serve with greens.
