4 Reasons to Use Canola Oil

Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons finely minced lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup canola oil
Preparation:
- In medium bowl, whisk together lemon zest and juice, honey, salt and pepper. Slowly add canola oil, whisking briskly and continuously until emulsified. Serve with greens.
