Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on February 17, 2016 from Orthorocks-On, LLC (Kazumi 288, LLC). (Designated Contact: John Lovrovich, PO Box 516, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-961-8747), were found to be technically complete on March 14, 2016. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. PROJECT: The applicant is proposing to expand an existing 24,000 sq. ft. Ag storage building. The total addition will equate to approximately 8,000 sq. ft. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject parcel number is 15-1807-000 (will be included on parcel #15-1802-000 upon the recording of the BLA approved on 02-25-2016). The subject parcel is located approximately 17 miles west of Moses Lake, WA at 1424 Rd H NW. The parcel is located in the SE quarter of Section 27, Township 19 North, Range 25 East, WM, Grant County, WA. ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
