A boy was caught smoking marijuana inside a bathroom on Moses Lake School District property. The boy admitted to smoking the marijuana and was released to his grandmother.

A man was permanently trespassed from Lowe's Home Improvement after walking in the business's parking lot to pick up trash and allegedly looking into vehicles.

A man told police he believes someone is taking his mail in the 1220 block of West Columbia Avenue. The man said he believes the suspect is the previous tenant of the address. The man was advised to get a locking mailbox.

Report of a lawnmower stolen from a shed in the 2000 block of West Basin Street.

A man was cited and released for fishing without a license in the 1000 block of North Stratford Road.

Report of a dog bite in the 2000 block of West Basin Street. The owner of the dogs agreed to surrender the animals and they were taken to the animal shelter.

Officers responded to the 900 block of North Grape Drive after a man reported a person drove by his home and yelled a vulgar comment at him. The man was advised to obtain an anti-harassment order.

Report of a man smoking marijuana in a vehicle in the parking lot at Walmart. Police could not locate the alleged suspect.

A man contacted police stating he was upset that his neighbor had called for his dog in an attempt to pet it. The man said he believed his neighbor was trying to take the dog on behalf of his ex-girlfriend.

A man was stopped for a traffic offense on state Route 17 and found to be driving under the influence. The man was arrested and released, while his vehicle was towed from the scene.

Jessie Gonzalez, 50, of Warden, was arrested and booked on Grant County District Court warrants.

Jon Lester, 18, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for third-degree malicious mischief.

Ernesto Nunez, 33, of Othello, was booked on a Department of Corrections warrant.

Chance Suarez, 18, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Kittitas County warrant.
